To sign up :

• Select your preferred city and building
• Select your preferred date(s)
• Complete the checkout process

You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been completed

When you arrive at the building, just check in with a member of our Community Team. They will get you set up with a keycard. For all future reservations – don’t forget to carry the required documents which will be listed on an email that’ll be sent to you after you buy a day pass. Our workspaces can be accessed from 9am-8pm

You can choose to buy a day pass in any of the 40+ locations across 6 cities in India, namely, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida and Pune.

With a day pass, you get access to unlimited coffee, high speed Wifi, a common shared workspace, phone booths and a games room to unwind.
However, with additional cost, you also get access to conference rooms, gym facilities, swimming pool and parking, subject to availability.

• You now have the option to book a ‘quiet space’ in 20+ WeWork buildings. Please check the building page to check the availability of a quiet space in a particular building.
• Phone booths around the building give you access to an enclosed single member spot, free of charge, subject to availability
• Conference rooms can be booked along with your day pass or on ground for an additional cost, subject to availability

With quiet spaces, you get access to a private office in the WeWork building of your choice with no additional cost.

How to book

• Log onto WeWork On-demand
• Select the Quiet spaces option after adding a day pass
• Complete the booking

Please note: Quiet spaces are available in 20 WeWork spaces. Remember to check if the building of your choice has quiet spaces before booking.

Once you purchase a day pass, it cannot be refunded or canceled. However, to increase flexibility, you can reschedule your On-demand day passes. To reschedule your day pass, please follow the next steps:

• Login to https://wework.co.in/workspaces/on-demand/
• Click on the booking tab under "My Account"
• Select the booking that needs to be rescheduled, click on the reschedule button and select your new dates and click on confirm
• Once done, you will get a confirmation email on the new booking date.
