Invoices are issued by myHQ since they process the payment. You’ll also receive a booking confirmation from WeWork with your conference room access details.

To book a meeting room:

1. Select your preferred WeWork centre in {city}

2. Choose your date

3. Select 'Meeting room' and the size

4. Complete checkout

You’ll receive a confirmation email with access details.

On arrival at your selected centre, check in with the WeWork India Community team. They’ll guide you to your booked meeting room. Carry the ID mentioned in your confirmation email.

Yes, guests are allowed in meeting rooms subject to the room’s capacity. Ensure the total number of attendees does not exceed the booked room size.

Meeting room bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please reach out to contactwwod@myhq.in in case you would like to reschedule and the team will assist

WeWork meeting rooms accommodate teams of 2 to 20 people. Rooms are fully equipped with TV screens, whiteboards, video conferencing facilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Shoots are not permitted under standard Meeting Room usage. A separate approval process and commercial engagement is required for any shoot-related activity.
