Will I get my invoices through WeWork or through myHQ?
Invoices are issued by myHQ since they process the payment. You’ll also receive a separate booking confirmation from WeWork India with your workspace access details and location information.

How do I book a day pass?
To book a day pass:
1. Select your preferred city and WeWork centre
2. Choose your date
3. Select 'Day Pass'
4. Complete checkout
You’ll receive a confirmation email with access details.
How do I access the On-demand workspace?
On arrival at your selected centre, check in with the WeWork India Community team. You’ll be guided to an available hot desk in the coworking area. Carry the ID mentioned in your confirmation email.
What amenities are included with my day pass?
A WeWork On-demand day pass includes access to high-speed Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee and tea, printing facilities, common areas, and phone booths (subject to availability). Meeting rooms can be booked separately by the hour.
How do I get more privacy if I need it?
Phone booths are available for private calls (subject to availability). Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour starting at ₹250 per person. For a quieter dedicated workspace, consider upgrading to Day Pass Plus.
How do I modify or cancel my booking?
Day pass bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You can reschedule before 12 AM on the booking date via: My Account > Bookings > Select booking > Reschedule.
What happens to day pass bundles purchased before March 1st, 2024?
Bundles purchased before March 1, 2024, follow the original terms from the time of purchase. For details, check your purchase confirmation or contact contactwwod@myhq.in
What are the expiry terms for day pass bundles purchased after March 1st, 2024?
• 5-day bundles: Valid for 30 days.
•10-day bundles: Valid for 60 days from purchase.
Validity may vary, kindly check product-specific terms at checkout.
Can I shoot at a WeWork location if I have booked a Day Pass for the day?
Shoots are not permitted under standard Day Pass usage. A separate approval process and commercial engagement is required for any shoot-related activity.
