You can cancel your WeWork Day Pass for a refund until 12:00 AM on the day before your booking. This cancellation policy applies to all WeWork centres across India.

Same-day cancellations are not permitted, but you can reschedule your Day Pass to a different date. Bookings made with bundle credits cannot be cancelled, and meeting room bookings are final once reserved.

5-pass bundles are valid for 30 days and 10-pass bundles are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Bundles are centre-specific, so you can only use them at the centre you choose when you buy them, and you can use them to book passes for your team members. Invoices are issued by myHQ since they process the payment. You’ll also receive a separate booking confirmation from WeWork India with your workspace access details and location information.
