Invoices are issued by myHQ since they process the payment. You’ll also receive a separate booking confirmation from WeWork India with your workspace access details and location information.

For booking, payment, or order queries, contact the WeWork On-demand support team at contactwwod@myhq.in. For on-site assistance, the WeWork Community Team at your selected centre will help.

To book a Day Pass Plus:

1. Select your preferred city and WeWork centre

2. Choose your date

3. Select 'Day Pass Plus'

4. Complete checkout

You’ll receive a confirmation email with access details.

On arrival at your selected centre, check in with the WeWork India Community team. You’ll be guided to your Day Pass Plus designated quiet workspace within a private office area. Carry the ID mentioned in your confirmation email.

Day Pass Plus provides an individual dedicated workspace in a quiet office environment. Guests are not permitted in Day Pass Plus seating areas. Guests are only allowed when booking conference rooms (subject to capacity).

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You can reschedule before 12 AM on the booking date:My Account > Bookings > Select booking > Reschedule > Choose new date > Confirm.

Day Pass Plus already includes a quiet workspace within a private office. Phone booths are available for calls (subject to availability). Meeting rooms can be booked separately for meetings.

Selected WeWork centres are pet-friendly, but policies differ by building and landlord restrictions. Check with the specific WeWork centre before bringing pets into Day Pass Plus work areas.

Shoots are not permitted under standard Day Pass Plus usage. A separate approval process and commercial engagement is required for any shoot-related activity.
