How do I sign up for a day pass?

To book a Day Pass: 1. Choose your preferred city and WeWork centre. 2. Choose your preferred date(s). 3. Confirm your booking and payment. 4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. For a seamless and integrated experience, we recommend booking directly through the WeWork India app.

How do I access the On-demand workspace?

When you arrive at the centre, check in with the WeWork Community Team upon arrival. The team will assist you with access and provide your keycard. Please carry the required documents listed in your booking confirmation email for future reservations. Workspace access is available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. The workspace is closed on Sundays.

Can I bring guests?

Guests are permitted only for conference room bookings and are subject to the capacity of the booked conference room.

Question 5

How do I modify or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Day Pass bookings can be cancelled or refunded until 12:00 AM on the day before your booking. Same-day cancellations cannot be processed. You can also reschedule your Day Pass to a different date. Conference room bookings are final and cannot be modified once reserved. For assistance, contact contactwwod@myhq.in. We recommend managing your bookings through the WeWork India app for a seamless experience.

How do I get more privacy if needed?

You have two options, subject to availability: • Phone booths: Enclosed spaces for individual use, available free of charge. • Conference rooms: Can be booked along with your Day Pass or separately at an additional cost.

Are we allowed to get pets into the building?

WeWork is a pet-friendly workspace, and pets are welcome at most locations. However, due to landlord restrictions, pets are not permitted at the following locations: • Two Horizon Centre, Gurgaon • RMZ Spire, Hyderabad • Raheja Mindspace, Hyderabad • DLF Block 10, Chennai • 37 Cunningham, Bangalore • DLF Building 6, Gurgaon • Gera Commerz, Pune • WTC, Pune • Lightbridge, Mumbai • IWF Campus, Bangalore

Day pass bundle expiry policies are structured as follows: • 5-Day Bundles: Valid for 30 days from purchase • 10-Day Bundles: Valid for 60 days from purchase

Can I shoot at a WeWork location if I have booked a Day Pass/ Day Pass Plus/ or Meeting Room for the day?

Accepted Answer

Shoots are not permitted under standard Day Pass, Day Pass Plus, or Meeting Room usage. Any shoot-related activity requires a separate approval process and commercial engagement.
