• WeWork Spacepoints is a feature introduced on the ondemand.wework.co.in website, by the owner and operator of the platform, WeWork India Management Private Limited.
• WeWork reserves the right to change the fees, program structure, terms and conditions, or the benefits associated with the World of WeWork membership at any point in time.
• The World of WeWork membership offers are applicable only for bookings created within the validity period of one's membership.
• The World of WeWork membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
• The following terms ("Terms") are a part of and subject to the terms of use, privacy policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations, or updates thereof, that are published on the platform.
• In order to earn Spacepoints, you are required to place an order on the website. All Spacepoint earnings will be at the order level and not at the item level.
• Spacepoints cannot be converted to cash or used in lieu of cash.
• Spacepoints are not transferable. Any wrongful transfer of Spacepoints will be voided.
• WeWork reserves the right to disqualify you from earning Spacepoints if any fraudulent, abusive, reseller, or affiliate activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of earning Spacepoints, or if you have violated any terms or applicable laws. Disqualification may result in the immediate cancellation of all Spacepoints earned.
• WeWork reserves the right at any time to suspend the issue of Spacepoints to you personally, or to all users temporarily or permanently without notice.
• WeWork reserves the right at any time to modify, withdraw or terminate 'Spacepoints' as a feature on the platform at its discretion, without any prior notice, and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
