We are majority owned and promoted by Embassy Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers. Embassy Group has developed over 85 million square feet of commercial real estate and is the sponsor of Embassy REIT, India’s first REIT and Asia’s largest office REIT by leasable area, as noted by CBRE. Our business model focuses on leasing buildings from landlords, completing fit-outs, and transforming these spaces into fully managed, modern, tech-enabled, and productive offices for our members.
