How do I access the printing facilities at WeWork?

To use the printing facilities, you can follow these steps:

  • Drag and Drop your files in the “Submit Print” section.
  • Update the number of copies you need to print and click on Continue.
  • Once the printing request has been submitted, make the appropriate payment and head over to any printer in your building.
  • Tap your keycard to sign into your account.
  • Select “Print” to view your print queue and print your documents.

Please note: Once submitted, the prints must be collected within 72 hours of submission. Post which, the file(s) are deleted from WeWork's print server and a new request will need to be submitted.

To track your print history, please head to the “Printing History” tab.

  • It supports the following file types: .pdf
  • It supports the following settings adjustments: number of copies, color or black and white, portrait or landscape, paper format (e.g. letter, legal), sides (e.g. two-sided printing).

Printing services are not included in the On-demand booking and come at an additional cost.

All WeWork locations offer both color and black and white options. To choose your preference, please select your color preference once you Drag and Drop your file in the “Submit Print” tab.

If you experience any problems with the printing facilities, you can contact the community staff at the front desk of the WeWork location, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.
