Why industry pioneers choose us

A large multinational pharmaceutical company scaled to over 2,200 desks across India with WeWork India, using our enterprise-grade workspace solutions. Starting in 2021 with 60 desks in Mumbai and 31 in Gurgaon, then moving into a custom-built managed office in Pune, and later scaling into Hyderabad, they leveraged our workspace and digital solutions for workforce planning, phased expansion, and operational efficiency across the country.
Embassy REIT and WeWork India together manage over 1.4 million sq. ft. across 12 centres in Bengaluru, enabling enterprise members to expand within world-class technology parks. One such member, an AI-driven employee experience platform, grew from 40 desks in 2022 to a bespoke 335-desk managed office by 2024, all within Embassy REIT’s Golflinks technology park. Through our partnership with Embassy REIT, WeWork India enabled rapid, cost-efficient expansion for the enterprise, consolidating all growth phases within a single ecosystem, demonstrating the power of strategic collaboration in delivering enterprise-scale workspace agility.
A global technology enterprise grew from 2,400 to over 5,700 desks in Bengaluru with WeWork India, becoming one of our largest enterprise members. They partnered with us in 2020 to establish their first operations excellence centre outside their core markets, requiring a high-compliance, tech-enabled workspace that could scale rapidly. We delivered a bespoke, built-to-suit managed office aligned with their brand and operational needs, offering the flexibility to expand from shared floors to an entire centre. This long-term partnership showcases how WeWork India’s enterprise-grade, fully managed workspace solutions enable global organisations to thrive effortlessly in India.
Laundryheap grew from a single hot desk in Bengaluru to 115 desks across multiple WeWork India centres, advancing their operations efficiently over the course of eight years. Their journey began in 2017 at WeWork Galaxy, they then expanded to private offices at WeWork Prestige Central, and later scaled operations to WeWork Embassy Quest in 2022. Through every stage of their growth, WeWork India provided workspace solutions that adapted to their evolving needs while maintaining presence in Bengaluru’s prime micromarkets, demonstrating how our flexible workspace solutions support growing global startups.
