What WeWork locations do I have access to?

On-demand for Enterprise is split into two plans-

1. On-demand for Enterprise - With this you get access to all WeWork buildings except:
Mumbai - Enam Sambhav, Oberoi Commerz II, Raheja Platinum, Vaswani Chambers
NCR - Two Horizon Center, Forum
Bangalore - Galaxy, Prestige Central, Prestige Atlanta, Cinnabar Hills

2. On-demand for Enterprise Plus - You get access to all WeWork buildings i.e, 40+ buildings in 6 cities.

What spaces do I get access to as part of my WeWork On-demand for Enterprise membership?

You have access to seating in our shared workspaces. Seats are subject to availability and booking.

Does my WeWork On-demand for Enterprise membership include conference room credits?

It does not include credits as part of the membership, however, conference rooms are at INR 1000 + tax per credit and the credits will be charged with your invoice at the end of the month.

Is mail and package handling included with WeWork All Access Plus?

Mail and package handling is available to your home building. You can connect with the Community team on ground to know more.

During what hours can I book space with WeWork On-demand for Enterprise?

You can access WeWork locations between 9:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. You can book the location of your choice, subject to availability.

Is printing included with a WeWork All Access membership?

Printing and scanning is not included, they are charged as following:

Color - INR 20 + tax (per print)

B&W - INR 4 + tax (per print)

Can I book a workspace on the weekend?

Once you have picked up and activated your keycard, your On-demand for Enterprise membership allows you to book a workspace on Saturdays between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, subject to availability.  Sundays are unavailable. Note that certain amenities are only offered during business hours.

Can I book a workspace on a public holiday?

No. The workspace is not available on public holidays,

How can I access the workspace that I reserved?

For your first booking, make sure to book on a non-public holiday weekday, between 9am-6pm, to pick up your keycard and receive a warm welcome from our Community team.

Once you have a registered keycard, you are able to access WeWork locations for:

    • Workspaces
    • Meeting rooms: 30 minutes before the booking.

The earliest time you can access a WeWork location is 9 AM.

You can make a - workspace booking on your particular branded microsite. As a reminder for your first booking, make sure to book during business hours.

How do I book a meeting room?

You can make a meeting room booking on your particular branded microsite, subject to availability. As a reminder for your first booking, make sure to book during business hours.

Do I need to book workspaces before going to a location?

Yes. In order for you to access a WeWork location, you must make a workspace or meeting room booking.. The number of workspaces available at each location is limited and we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a space.

Once I’ve arrived at the location I’ve booked, where can I find a workspace?

Visit the Community Bar floor indicated in your confirmation email. If you have any trouble finding a place to sit, the Community team can direct you.

Can I bring guests?

With WeWork On-demand for Enterprise members can register guests only when booking a meeting room. For meeting room reservations, the number of guests is limited to the number of people permitted in the booked room (including the person who booked). Please note, guests are only permitted to use the booked room, pantries, and restrooms for the duration of your booking. Guests are not issued keycards, so members must greet their guests at the Community Bar upon arrival, and escort them around the space.
