How does the WeWork Referral program work?

All you need to do is follow a simple 6 step process

Step 1:
Visit- https://wework.co.in/referrals

Step 2:
Follow the steps on the website to fill in yours and the referral’s information

Step 3:
You will receive an email confirming that your referral is submitted

Step 4:
You will receive an email from us once the deal is finalized

Step 5:
If you wish to know the status of the deal in the interim, you can reach out to 1800123131313

Step 6:
You will be eligible to receive a monthly payment amounting to 10% of the referral’s membership fees for the month upto the first 12 months from the initial start date.

Which cities is this valid in?

The referrer can be from any city. However, the referral space requirement should be in one of the following 6 cities:

Bangalore
Hyderabad
Mumbai
Pune
Gurugram
Noida

What is the payout percentage I get?

You are eligible to get a 10% of your referral’s membership fee. For instance - If your referral signs a deal of INR 1 lac + applicable taxes with WeWork, you will be eligible to get 10% of INR 1 lac (excluding applicable taxes).

How will I get the payment?

You will be receiving payments in your bank account on a month to month basis. To be eligible for this payment, once the deal is closed your WeWork point of contact will connect you with the relevant teams and have you onboarded on to the system. Once the registration is completed the referral fee shall only be due to be paid once all outstanding dues are paid by the qualified referral on a monthly basis.

What is a qualified referral?

The referral should be for a dedicated space only (Dedicated desk, Private office, Office Suite) in a WeWork location in India
Your referral must sign a membership agreement for Dedicated Space with WeWork no later than ninety (90) days from the date you submit the referral details
Must not be current or previous members of WeWork
Must not have previously contacted WeWork for a membership, attended a WeWork event, or otherwise been referred to WeWork in the ninety (90) days prior to your initial referral submission
Must not be an entity of which the Referrer is an employee, partner, or owner of a controlling interest
Must not be a subsidiary, affiliate, or entity related to Referrer or Referer’s employer; or o an entity with the same parent entity as the Referrer, Referrer’s employer, or any affiliate or entity related to the Referrer or Referrer’s employer

When will I receive my payment?

You will receive the payment on a monthly basis in your bank account after the deal is finalized.

How will I know that my referral has taken up a space with you?

You will receive an email from us once the deal is finalized. If you wish to know the status of the deal in the interim, you can reach out to 1800123131313.

Will I be eligible for any referral payout for any expansion/renewal of the referred member?

Referrers will be paid the referral fee only as per the terms and conditions of the initial contract/membership agreement executed. No additional fees will be disbursed for any increase in value / desks taken up subsequently.

Can I refer my employer or my own company?

Your referral must not be an entity of which you are an employee, partner, or owner of a controlling interest.

How many referrals can I make?

You can refer as many companies as you would like to.
